Some of our members recently competed at the GKF Championships held in Soweto. We would like to congratulate Demira Naran for placing 3rd in Girls Kata (10/11), Megan Hicks for placing 3rd in Girls Kumite (12/13) -50kg & 3rd Girls Kata (12/13) and Megan van Staden for placing 3rd in Junior Female Kumite (16/17) +59kg during the competition.
